Overseas shipments will be delivered by EMS.
* Due to Covid-19, international shipments are suspended for some areas.
We will ship by "Yamato International Takkyubin" for areas that cannot be shipped by EMS.

・Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges for products that have already been shipped overseas in any case. On the other hand, we accept cancellations and changes made before shipping including change of destination to Japan. Orders will be shipped the same day if the order is made by 16:00 JST on business days (Excluding Saturdays, Sundays, holidays, and long vacations, etc.). Payments made by bank transfer will be shipped after the payment is confirmed.

Please do not choose the scheduled delivery shipping method if you would like your items to be delivered as quickly as possible.
* Since shipping companies are closed on Saturdays, Sundays, holidays, and long holidays, orders placed on weekends will be dispatched after they return to business. Although you can still select the date and time on our system, it may not arrive at the chosen date or time.

Return and Exchange Policy
・We cannot accept returns or exchanges of SALES products, reserved products, or products that have a description of "No returns or exchanges" in the product description or precautions.
・If you wish to return or exchange the item, please be sure to contact us by email (info@liberaiders.jp) or telephone (03-5785-4672) within 3 days after receiving the item.
・If you send us an inquiry email regarding returning or exchanging an item, we will reply within 24 hours (in the case of holiday, we will reply on our first working day). Please do not return the product before we confirm your email. If you are in a hurry, please contact us by phone.
・Please make sure the returned or exchanged product will arrive at our company within one week from the date of contact (in the case of e-mail, the date counts from our reply). Late returns or exchanges will not be accepted.
・When returning an item, please make sure to use the delivery method that keeps the arrival and departure records (Takkyubin, Yu-Pack, etc.). * Please do not use regular mail.
・Returns or exchanges will not be accepted if the product is used or damaged, if the packaging and tags are removed or dirty. It will also not be accepted if the packing condition is different from the one at the time of delivery, or if the product is placed in another bag.
